Our Chagford Street contract was a new build construction of 6no five bedroom contemporary town houses. The project involved a confined site within an inner London Mews adjacent to Baker Street and Regents Park.
The construction entailed formation of a basement to the full extent of the site and an insitu concrete frame, block infill, insulated render and timber cladding finish, zinc roof coverings were used to the external elevation and roof. The internals were fitted out to a very high quality and standard.
Chagford Street contract was awarded the Mail on Sunday 2006 National Home Builder Design Award - Best Small Development.
